BASIL-LEMON PASTA ALL'UOVO / PASTA AL HUEVO DE ALBACHA Y LIMON
I have fond memories of growing up an watching my grandparents make fresh pasta. Later in life I was spoiled while living in Italy where I could go down to my local shop and buy fresh pasta in any shape or form. What a luxury. Since moving from Italy and loosing that privilege I decided I needed to learn to make it myself. It's true that once you learn how to make something many times you then no longer feel the need to make it. At least that was the case for me and fresh
